Sugar and Ice and All Things Nice Inc. is a friendly, full mobile catering service famous for our delicious cotton candy, the most spectacular self-serve shave ice in San Francisco and Tampa Bay Area and now a provider or the Sugar Shutter! A sleek, modern, social photobooth.

We are not just children's party caterers. We attend all events and all ages at anytime! We have been invited to weddings, company parties, schools, birthdays and many other events where we had spread our joy to every guest. And they love us! And how not to, when your passion is to deliver smiles everything comes out sweet!

Get to know me

My name is Yamille Mummolo, I have always been an entrepreneur of sweetness, but let me tell you how it all started.

Not so long ago, in 2009, I started dreaming about being independent with the possibility of taking care of my family, my home, and work. So, thanks to my mother’s unwavering effort and unconditional support, I started popping-up candy kiosks and stores across several shopping malls throughout the country specializing in the wonderful world of confections and smiles. Soon, Cotton Candy Bar spun into its own delicious company when I began slinging the silky sugar inside my Chicago store: "The Sweet and Sticky Sugar Shop". Whenever I felt like spinning up the crowd, I would turn on my amazing cotton candy machine to puff clouds of fluffy goodness. Everything was a colorful bliss!

With a simple twist of fate —sprinkled with some fairy magic— I closed the doors of the Chicago store and relocated to San Francisco along with my family. Later that year, I found myself experimenting with my cotton candy machine. My daughter would gaze with excitement while spinning the sweet fluff, as I would stack a rainbow of samples on my kitchen bar. Our hobby had become our passion. It was a dream come true!

In January 2014, I made the decision of adding a self-serve shave ice service. And just like that, Cotton Candy Bar puffed up turning our passion into the most spectacular full mobile catering service.

On top of that, the Sugar Shutter, the most needed addition to any event, has just joined our family! So now our goal is to deliver more and more unforgettable memories and experiences, spin the most delicious Cotton Candy and shave the most amazing Shave Ice in the planet!

I couldn’t be happier. And it’s all thanks to you. I really love what I do! It’s not a job it’s my passion. Seeing smiles on everyone that comes to get a cotton candy, a shave ice or to take a fun picture fills me with life, so thank you!
